Anna is a Director in Fragomen’s Advisory and Compliance Practice in Australia, where she advises clients on compliance with laws and regulations governing Australian immigration. This includes the provision of legal advice and assistance in complex immigration compliance matters. In this capacity, Anna has been involved in developing Fragomen latest technology product – WorkRight – an online platform which supports employers with the management of their Right to Work verification obligations. Anna is also responsible for the visaOntrack tool which assists clients with meeting their sponsorship obligations. In addition, she conducts health checks and compliance audits and assists with a response to monitoring activities from the Department of Home Affairs.

Anna has more than ten years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent, working with corporate and individual clients from a wide range of industries. She is experienced in assisting clients with visa applications in various visa programs, including temporary and permanent employer sponsored schemes, Global Talent Employer Sponsored and Global Talent Independent programs, labor agreements, general skilled migration, business innovation and investment and family migration programs.

Anna speaks English, Polish and Spanish.
