Archana is the Senior Manager - Client Services based in Fragomen’s Bengaluru office, and has been with Fragomen India since its inception in 2007.

In her current role, Archana is the India Inbound Practice Lead, leading a team of over 30 professionals. During her tenure with Fragomen, Archana has also worked in the U.S., where she managed outbound consular work into India for U.S. clients.

Prior to joining Fragomen, she served as the Head of Immigration at the Bengaluru offices of one of India’s largest software companies, and has worked at one of the world’s leading energy companies. She is experienced in a variety of human resources functions.

Archana is a Certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor. She has completed an Executive Education Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bengaluru, and is trained in Six Sigma and Six Thinking Hats methodologies.

Archana speaks English, Hindi, Kannada and Punjabi.
