Charlotte is a Solicitor based in our London office and has more than 9 years of experience in corporate immigration. Charlotte provides strategic advice to a range of  small and large UK companies, multinational organisations and  assists clients with various applications under Tier 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the UK Points Based System (PBS). She also assists individuals with non-PBS applications such as British Citizenship, UK Ancestry, Indefinite Leave to Remain, EEA nationals exercising Treaty rights in the UK and their family members’ applications. In addition, Charlotte provides assistance to corporate clients with their sponsorship licence applications, HR systems and processes, provides trainings on the PBS System and its rigorous compliance obligations, undertaking illegal working audits, advising on and implementing streamlined right to work check procedures.
