Danuta serves as a Senior Manager in Fragomen Poland’s office, where she is responsible for the strategic and operational management of client relationships within the Polish practice. Working closely with senior leadership, she oversees client service delivery, leads key practice initiatives, manages staff and supports the growth and development of practice in alignment with the firm’s global business objectives.
An accomplished immigration professional with more than 17 years of experience, Danuta has managed complex immigration and relocation processes within multinational environments. In her previous roles, she successfully implemented internal procedures to optimize service delivery, managed regional operations, conducted regular audits and led recruitment, onboarding and staff training initiatives.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Danuta led a team of more than 50 professionals, overseeing immigration strategy, workload management, policy development, staff performance evaluation and pricing governance.
Danuta possesses strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, with proven experience in end-to-end immigration process management, international stakeholder collaboration, compliance and performance optimization.
Danuta speaks English and Polish and has basic conversational skills in Russian.
