David is an Associate and Solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office, with more than 6 years of experience in immigration law. He provides advice to corporate clients on all aspects of UK immigration law, with a particular focus on the Tier 2 visa category within the Points Based System. 

David also has extensive experience assisting private clients on a broad range of UK immigration matters, including naturalisation, settlement, family migration and human rights, as well as applications on the basis of EU free movement rights.

Prior to joining Fragomen, David completed a training contract with seats in immigration, family and public law and practised in the immigration departments of highly-regarded London law firms, with a focus on complex appeals and Judicial Reviews with respect to human rights and asylum law.   

David conducted voluntary work for the Free Representation Unit, Bail for Immigration Detainees and Citizens Advice Bureau
