David is an Associate at Fragomen’s Matawan office, where he advises multinational corporate clients on a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, PERM, permanent residency and consular processing issues. He provides enterprise-wide advisory services to support corporate clients on a programmatic level and works alongside clients’ legal departments, mobility groups, HR, talent acquisition and business stakeholders to help them understand policy changes, assess the impact of these changes to their workforce and modify their immigration program accordingly.

David began his career at Fragomen in 2000 as an intern and began working as a paralegal in 2003. In 2006, he became a Client Services Manager and was responsible for overall client service delivery to multiple Fortune 500 clients. David designed and implemented client service policies and programs to ensure the highest level of client service was delivered, monitored the workloads and performance of team members and trained and mentored new Fragomen team members. Further, David communicated with clients through weekly conference calls and daily email correspondence to ensure client expectations were met. He was also responsible for client reporting and data analytics as well as monthly immigration data audits.
