Donovan is an Associate at Fragomen’s Toronto office, where he helps clients to navigate complex immigration regulations, including those related to international trade agreements such as NAFTA, CETA and GATS. He also assists clients with various work permit categories, including intracompany transferees and NAFTA professionals as well as labour market impact assessments and Global Skills Strategy applications.

Donovan supports a diverse portfolio of clients, including global corporations and Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and medium-sized companies. He works closely with mobility groups, human resources, legal departments and in-house compliance teams to assist with immigration process compliance and risk management matters.

Donovan started his career with Fragomen as a summer intern and returned to complete his articling internship with the firm. He previously served as head of communications and marketing at a global engineering firm.
