Elizabeth is an Associate at Fragomen’s Los Angeles office, where she counsels clients on U.S. business immigration matters, particularly immigrant visa matters. Before becoming an Associate, Elizabeth served as an Assistant Paralegal and Law Clerk at Fragomen. In this capacity, she assisted clients with Adjustment of Status applications, I-140 petitions, L-1 blanket applications, L-1 individual petitions, TN petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence.

During law school, Elizabeth served as a law clerk at Immigrant Defenders Law Center, where she assisted with asylum cases, drafted a legal brief for a merits hearing, conducted asylum case law research and helped with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) petitions. Elizabeth also served as a member of the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, where she worked with clients on their asylum and SIJS cases and filed a T-1 visa application for a victim of labor trafficking. She has also supported clients pro bono in immigration court in Cancellation of Removal cases and helped them secure permanent residence.

Elizabeth speaks English and Spanish.
