Fabrizia is an Immigration Programme Manager in Fragomen’s Frankfurt office, where she oversees multi-jurisdictional immigration programmes and supports corporate clients in navigating complex global mobility challenges. Working closely with corporate stakeholders, she delivers strategic immigration solutions tailored to business objectives and workforce needs.
Since joining Fragomen in 2023, Fabrizia has worked with clients across a range of industries, combining experience gained through legal and consulting roles across multiple European jurisdictions. Prior to relocating to the Frankfurt practice, she spent three years in Fragomen’s Ireland team, where she supervised a team of consultants handling Irish inbound immigration matters. In that role, she advised on legislative developments, managed complex escalations, and led automation initiatives designed to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
Alongside her corporate immigration experience, Fabrizia has a strong commitment to pro bono work and has been actively involved in matters relating to asylum, refugee protection, and humanitarian law.
She is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
