Hadeel is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she assists multinational corporate clients with all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including various employment-based nonimmigrant visas, petitions for permanent residence, PERM labor certification, adjustment of status, U.S. citizenship, travel-related issues and immigration strategies. Hadeel regularly provides guidance on U.S. immigration laws and regulations to multinational managers and executives, professionals with advanced degrees and skilled workers. She also has experience assisting clients with PERM audits and Requests for Evidence, as well as navigating travel restrictions and visa backlogs.

Hadeel represents clients in a wide variety of sectors, including transportation and logistics, technology, pharmaceuticals, management consulting, digital marketing, manufacturing, fashion and food and agriculture.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Hadeel was an Associate at a mid-size law firm, where she assisted multinational corporate clients with employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and petitions, as well as family-based petitions for permanent residence.

Hadeel speaks English and is conversational in Arabic and Spanish.
