Isai is a Senior Business Immigration Attorney at Servicios Migratorios Chile (Fragomen’s affiliate in Chile), where he assists clients with various employment- and family-based immigration matters. He has experience in dealing with a range of immigrant petitions before administrative authorities and appeal courts.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Isai led a pro bono legal clinic, associated with the Catholic University of Valparaiso, covering a range of matters including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications, family-sponsored petitions and asylum applications.

Isai speaks English and Spanish.
