Ivana is a Director at Fragomen’s Dubai Internet City office, where she is responsible for ensuring that Fragomen’s UAE based teams deliver the highest level of client service. In her role, Ivana also drives system and process improvements and maximizes efficiencies across UAE offices and the region.
Ivana works closely with case teams, managers, and Partners to identify challenges they’re facing and introduce workable, innovative solutions. This is done through optimizing and standardizing processes, automating, and developing Robots (RPA). Ivana also leads client project implementations, client onboarding, and protocol adoption training. She works closely with the firm’s global operations and standards teams and acts as a regional data privacy champion to ensure Fragomen’s global protocols are followed, and a consistent approach is taken to service delivery.
During her time at Fragomen, Ivana has managed Fragomen’s Government Relations and Logistics Operations team, ensuring day to day services, expert advice, workable solutions, and strategies are effectively delivered to the firm’s clients.
Ivana speaks Bosnian, Croatian, English and Serbian.
