Jez is a Senior Business Manager based in Fragomen’s Sheffield office, where he leads multiple teams delivering cross-border compliance, platform configuration, and operational excellence across the firm’s global mobility services.
He leads operations for Fragomen’s Posted Worker and Social Security services throughout the EU, while also overseeing the global technical configuration of the firm’s short-term immigration compliance platform, Nomadic, and its innovative employment verification solution, WorkRight™. His work centers on driving scalable, high-impact outcomes through digital transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent platform design.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jez managed a legal services team at a national UK law firm, where he provided multi-disciplinary legal advice across a broad range of UK legal areas.
