Josefa is a Senior Business Immigration Attorney at Servicios Migratorios Chile (Fragomen’s affiliate in Chile) with more than four years of experience in Chilean immigration and human mobility matters. She assists different companies with long- and short-term immigration processes for their foreign personnel in Chile and advises them during the process before the National Immigration Service and the Chilean Courts.
Josefa has worked as a Docent in Theology Diploma in the Human Mobility Class at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in October 2022.
Josefa is actively engaged in pro bono work, associating our Chile office with Fundación Pro-Bono by assisting foreigners who cannot access to legal advice. Also, she has performed pro bono work in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso by providing assistance to foreigners of vulnerable social condition.
Josefa speaks English and Spanish.
