Julia is an Associate at Fragomen’s Montréal office, where she advises multinational companies on a wide range of Canadian business immigration matters. She assists both corporate and individual clients across various industries with their cross-border mobility needs, with a particular focus on Québec-specific immigration programs.
Julia has experience with both temporary and permanent residence applications, including LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt work permits such as those under CUSMA and other free trade agreements. She collaborates closely with clients to develop the most effective strategies to bring and retain international talent, balancing legal requirements with business priorities.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Julia worked as an immigration lawyer at a well-established regional law firm in Québec, where she supported clients in the retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology and hospitality sectors. She provided tailored legal advice to foreign nationals and their employers, ensuring regulatory compliance in an ever-evolving immigration landscape.
Julia is fluent in English and French, with a working comprehension of Mandarin.
