Karolina serves as a Partner at Fragomen in Poland with nearly two decades of experience advising on labor and immigration law. She is widely recognized for her work in employee relocations and global mobility, having played a key role in building one of Poland’s largest immigration and mobility practices.

Karolina works with multinational companies across a range of industries to design and implement immigration strategies that support business objectives while ensuring compliance with evolving legal requirements. She is a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex workforce challenges, particularly in the areas of cross-border mobility, labor law and corporate immigration.

A frequent author and commentator, Karolina regularly contributes to leading daily newspapers and academic journals, and she is often invited to speak at international conferences. She is also an active member of professional organizations, serving as an officer of the International Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Committee and co-heading the Employment Law Section of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Karolina’s leadership and influence in the field have been recognized by numerous publications. She was named the first-place winner in the “Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow” competition, recognized among the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by Forbes Women and the Women in Law Foundation and is listed in Who’s Who Legal as a Thought Leaders Global Elite – Corporate Immigration, where she is the only lawyer from Poland to be featured.
