Kei is an Assistant Manager at Fragomen's Singapore office, where she provides immigration services to clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Kei has been working at Fragomen’s Asia-Pacific Coordination Center (APCC) for more than five years, managing casework for Thailand and Papua New Guinea. She has experience supporting clients in the insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail and technology industries.

In addition to providing immigration process consultations, Kei supports process improvement initiatives and promotes and implements best practices on a global scale. She also assists with sourcing and retaining Local Advisors for the APCC to ensure that Fragomen’s in-country Local Advisors provide the highest quality services.

Kei speaks English and Filipino (Tagalog).

Assisted with retirement visas, guardian visas, student visas, spousal visas, Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF) visas and nonimmigrant F (official) visas.

Provided guidance to ensure the seamless transfer of a family of five, including two work permit assignees from the same company, from Costa Rica to Thailand. Facilitated the translation and legalization of the family’s supporting documents.

Helped resolve the case of an individual who was detained at the airport in Thailand. Worked with Fragomen Local Advisors to investigate the matter and spoke to the authorities to ensure that the individual was treated fairly while detained at the airport.
