Kei is a Business Process and Transformation Analyst at Fragomen’s Singapore office, where she reviews existing processes for Fragomen’s APAC offices and identifies solutions that can be scaled on a global level. She leads projects to improve efficiency in operations by training staff, streamlining current practices and deploying technology.

Prior to her current role, Kei managed casework for Thailand and Papua New Guinea with Fragomen’s Asia-Pacific Coordination Center (APCC) for seven years. As an Assistant Manager in the Singapore office, she provided immigration services to clients in the insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail and technology industries.

In addition to providing immigration process consultations, Kei supported process improvement initiatives and promoted and implemented best practices across the firm. She also assisted with sourcing and retaining Local Advisors for the APCC to ensure that Fragomen’s in-country Local Advisors provided the highest quality services.

Kei speaks English and Filipino (Tagalog).
