Kelvin, a Senior Manager and Solicitor based in our London office, has over seven years of experience practicing UK immigration law. Kelvin manages a team that handles a range of corporate immigration and general private client work. His experience includes advising large multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on matters related to immigration strategy, compliance, and the relocation of their staff into the UK. His clients represent a variety of industry sectors, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, media, information technology and engineering.

During his time at Fragomen, Kelvin has developed a particular niche assisting SME companies that are looking to establish a UK presence, and private individuals who wish to invest in the UK. This includes assistance with Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications, Sole Representative Visas and sponsor licence applications.

Before joining Fragomen, Kelvin worked for a niche immigration law firm, where he gained experience with a full range of applications related to business and private client immigration. He also has extensive litigation experience, and his notable achievements include challenges to UKBA decisions in the Court of Appeal and Administrative Court.
