Kevin is a Practice Leader in Fragomen’s Dubai office, where he oversees operations for the MENA Coordination Center, managing corporate and immigration matters. With more than 20 years of experience, Kevin advises clients on a full spectrum of corporate and immigration programs throughout MENA, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

In his role, Kevin provides strategic guidance on corporate immigration compliance, policy development and risk mitigation, ensuring multinational organizations successfully navigate complex immigration landscapes. He has significant experience with large-scale, high-impact projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and workforce mobility strategies across the MENA region. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and business needs enables him to deliver tailored immigration solutions to clients across diverse industries.

Before joining Fragomen, Kevin served as Director of Private Client Services at an international law firm, where he advised high net worth individuals and corporate clients on global mobility strategies.

Kevin speaks English and Hindi.
