Killian is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Perth office, where he provides strategic immigration advice and support to both corporate and individual clients across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, mining, resources, energy and information technology. Killian focuses his practice on skilled work visas, but is also experienced with regional visas, skilled independent visas, family visas, citizenship applications and the Global Talent visa. He also assists clients with complex health and character issues.
Killian joined Fragomen in 2015 and has over eight years of corporate immigration experience. He has previously worked on several large visa projects involving the mobilization of large cohorts of skilled workers to Australia and has counseled clients through structural company changes and significant immigration reform.
Killian’s pro bono experience includes assisting Save The Children with the preparation of humanitarian visa applications.
