Kyle is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation and operational excellence. As Chief Digital Officer, he leads Fragomen’s IT strategy and service delivery, focusing on digital innovation, business intelligence, security, application development, enterprise architecture and IT operations.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kyle served as the North American Chief Information Officer at Bureau Veritas, where he spearheaded the organization’s technology initiatives and led a team focused on digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Kyle has consistently delivered innovative technology solutions that enhance business value across an array of industries. He has developed and deployed advanced web solutions to digitally enable the customer experience, created operational platforms that support end to end service delivery and integrated advanced AI solutions into services to improve efficiency and client engagement.
Kyle is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance operations and deliver exceptional experiences for both internal teams and external customers. With a forward-thinking approach, he is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in today’s dynamic digital landscape.
