Laura is a Senior Regional Knowledge Manager at Fragomen’s Costa Rica office, where she helps maintain the firm’s knowledge library. She also researches and drafts immigration alerts for the Latin America region, providing guidance to internal teams as well as clients on new and changing regional immigration issues.

Laura joined Fragomen in 2008 as a Client Services Manager within the Latin America region. In this role, she acted as a lead contact for clients, assisting them with their immigration needs and coordinating their employee moves within the region. She also served as Fragomen’s Andean Coordination Manager within the Latin America team. This role involved acting as the main point-of-contact responsible for managing client services and correspondent offices in the Andean region, ensuring compliance and overall program management. Laura also briefly served as a Client Services Manager for Fragomen’s Panamanian affiliate, during which time she was responsible for the overall management of client relationships in Panama.

Laura speaks English and Spanish.
