Logan is an Associate at Fragomen's Dallas office, where he practices exclusively in the area of U.S. business and employment-based immigration. He represents clients in numerous industries including the semiconductor, telecommunications, software, oil and gas, and consulting industries.

He has experience assisting clients with a wide variety of U.S. immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, PERM, and I-140 petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, and multinational managers. He also assists clients with adjustment of status applications. 

Logan worked with Seton Hall University School of Law’s Center for Social Justice Civil Litigation Clinic, where he represented clients on urban housing and education matters, and successfully negotiated and settled a case regarding due process rights of students.
