Luke is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he practices business immigration law. He assists a diverse client base with a wide range of immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, consular processing, permanent residence and citizenship. Luke’s clients include several industry-leading hedge funds and Fortune 500 companies across several industries. Luke has experience with corporate blanket L petitions, nonimmigrant visas (L-1, H-1B, O, E, TN and B), immigrant visas and PERM cases.

While attending law school, Luke served as the Managing Editor of the Cardozo International Comparative, Policy & Ethics Law Review and worked with the Brooklyn Defenders New York Immigrant Family Unity Project, where he supported both detained and non-detained clients in immigration proceedings.
