Marina is an Associate at Fragomen’s Matawan office, where she works on a range on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant matters for multinational companies. She also has experience representing clients at master calendar hearings for immigration matters.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Marina served as an Attorney Advisor for the Office of Administrative Law Judges in the Department of Labor. In this position, she drafted Decision and Orders under PERM, the H-2A and H-2B visa programs, and violations of Labor Condition Applications.

While in law school, Marina served as Vice President of the Immigration Law and Policy Society and was an Editor for Boston University’s Journal of Science and Technology Law. She also served as a Legal Intern for Catholic Charities’ Immigration Legal Services, where she assisted individuals with removal defense, and applications for asylum and waivers of inadmissibility.

Marina has also provided pro bono services with the Volunteer Lawyers Project in Boston, Massachusetts, and the Brooklyn Volunteer Lawyers Project in its family law clinic.

Marina speaks English and Russian.
