Maud is a Manager in Fragomen’s Brussels office. She leads the Luxembourg inbound practice and the Benelux Corporate team – a team of cross-jurisdictional consultants who advise clients on Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg immigration. She has over 10 years’ experience in immigration and account management and is responsible for managing corporate immigration compliance and advisory work for Luxembourg for all types of work permit categories.

Maud supports multinational and medium-sized corporations and individuals with effective, strategic and efficient immigration solutions for inbound moves to Luxembourg. Maud works on several projects for clients including business traveler solutions and advising on the full range of immigration compliance services, including integrated posted workers and social security support. She also develops and maintains strong government relationships in Luxembourg through regular meetings and visits.

Maud also acts for private clients where she advises on French and Luxembourg nationality, family reunification, permits for private reasons and visitor visas. She has extensive knowledge of the Luxembourg and French immigration and social security systems.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Maud worked in a corporate immigration firm based in London where she provided a full spectrum of immigration services and compliance advice for various jurisdictions including France, Italy, Poland, Spain and Israel. In this role, she was also responsible for providing employment-based immigration assistance to corporate clients.

Maud was previously part of the CIMADE association in France, a French NGO supporting uprooted people, especially undocumented immigrants in France.

Maud speaks French, English and Spanish.
