Mitch is an Associate at Fragomen’s Toronto office. As part of the Inbound Canadian Work Permit team, he provides business immigration services to a broad range of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, seeking to relocate their employees to Canada, as well as to individual clients (e.g. business visitors, religious workers, post-graduate students, etc.) seeking to relocate to Canada. He has experience with LMIA-exempt work permits, including intracompany transfers, CUSMA, CETA, GATS, business visitors, reciprocal employment, significant benefit and LMIA-based work permits.
Mitch also has experience with the following Canadian immigration application files: temporary resident visas, temporary resident permits, study permits, judicial reviews, stay motions, refugee claims and appeals, pre-removal risk assessments, sponsorship appeals, inadmissibility appeals, cessation applications and permanent residence applications through various classes, among others. Prior to joining Fragomen, Mitch was a Litigation Associate at a well-known Canadian immigration boutique.
