Monika is a Manager in Fragomen’s Warsaw Office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the immigration services sector. Her deep experience and strategic insight ensure operational excellence and exceptional client service across all aspects of immigration support.
Before joining Fragomen, Monika served as Immigration Director at leading Polish relocation firm, where she managed a team of 100 employees and oversaw more than 7,000 immigration cases annually. She has extensive experience in client relationship management, service negotiations, implementing large-scale projects and organizing informational events for expatriates. She actively participates in industry forums such as the European Relocation Association (EuRA). Earlier in her career, as Team Leader, she focused on team development, training programs and process optimization.
Monika is recognized for her dedication, professionalism and collaborative leadership style. She is committed to delivering seamless and supportive experience for individuals and organizations navigating immigration processes.
She is fluent in English and Polish.
