Neha is an Associate in Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office and has worked in the immigration field since 2009. She has extensive experience filing nonimmigrant visas, such as H-1B, L-1 and E-2 visas, and is well-versed in the preparation and filing of EB-5 petitions. She is also experienced with I-140 and I-485 matters and has assisted clients throughout the entire PERM process from beginning to end.
Neha has held various positions within the immigration field, including serving as Global Immigration Counsel at a large global immigration consulting company. In this capacity, she leveraged her extensive knowledge of global immigration processes, particularly in the EMEA region, to counsel corporate clients that were sending their employees on assignments worldwide.
During law school, Neha was a member of Golden Gate University’s Pro Bono Honors Society. She also received the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate, an award issued by the State Bar of California for pro bono legal services.
