As a Partner and Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) in Fragomen’s Frankfurt office, Nima plays a pivotal, ambassadorial role within the firm’s German partnership, leading efforts to enhance operational efficiency and overseeing process design, automation and enhancement within the Frankfurt practice for the EMEA region.

Nima is a key mobility presence in various industries, including automotive, IT, semiconductors, sports and apparel and energy. He is particularly active in the firm’s semiconductor and automotive industry groups, where he provides strategic legal guidance and compliance solutions tailored to these unique sectors.

His practice is primarily focused on German and European immigration and citizenship law. Known for his detail-oriented approach, he is often sought after by new clients for his ability to pinpoint areas for improvement and to transform their immigration programs.

Nima is also a seasoned program manager who brings extensive knowledge and experience in areas beyond immigration to the table. He is especially skilled in critical workforce matters such as restructurings, conducting comprehensive compliance audits and managing labor strikes, while devising clear communication strategies to help businesses navigate the resulting legal challenges. His wide-ranging knowledge and hands-on approach give clients complete confidence in his role as a trusted advisor to their businesses.

To that end, he develops airtight strategies that keep clients ahead of the curve, well-informed and prepared for both legal and operational challenges. His experience in mergers and acquisitions goes beyond handling the transactional immigration elements of these projects; he ensures all internal and external stakeholders comprehend developments, prepare accordingly and execute associated phases with efficiency.

He speaks English, French, German and Persian.
