Rachel is a member of the U.S. Legal Strategy Team, which is part of Fragomen’s Worldwide Standards & Knowledge Group. This team monitors and analyzes federal, state and international immigration law developments, provides guidance on complex legal issues and liaises with government agencies and Congress on complex cases and policy matters. Over the course of her career, Rachel has represented multinational corporate clients in the information technology, financial services, health care, fashion, entertainment and video game industries in various aspects of U.S. immigration law.

During law school, Rachel served as an Associate Managing Editor of Brooklyn Law School’s Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as the Treasurer of the Brooklyn Law Immigration Society and worked with CUNY Citizenship Now! and the Legal Aid Society.

Rachel interned with the Safe Harbor Project, where she assisted a refugee petitioning U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for asylum. She also interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Immigration Unit, where she assisted the government with immigration-centered litigation matters.
