Rachel is an Associate/U.S. Attorney in Fragomen’s Perth office. She assists corporate and individual clients with U.S. consular applications throughout Asia Pacific.

Before relocating to Australia, Rachel served as an Associate with the Knowledge group in Fragomen’s New York office. In this role, Rachel monitored and analyzed federal, state and international immigration law developments, and provided internal guidance on complex legal issues. Over the course of her career with Fragomen, Rachel has provided U.S. immigration advice to multinational corporate clients, including those in the information technology, financial services, health care, fashion, entertainment and video game industries.

During law school, Rachel served as an Associate Managing Editor of Brooklyn Law School’s Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as the Treasurer of the Brooklyn Law Immigration Society and worked with CUNY Citizenship Now! and the Legal Aid Society.

In addition, Rachel interned with the Safe Harbor Project, where she assisted a refugee petitioning U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for asylum. She also interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Immigration Unit, where she assisted the government with immigration-centered litigation matters.
