Rajeeva leads the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regional advisory and compliance practice based out of Fragomen’s Singapore office. He assists clients with strategic immigration matters, including the implementation of robust compliance framework and global assurance programs as well as the design of policies and procedures. He collaborates with clients in the APAC region from various industries, including Fortune 100 corporations, to support their cross-border mobility programs.

He also works closely with local country leadership in the APAC region to drive the firm’s business development and market strategy. In addition, he is responsible for the development and implementation of consistent methodology and service delivery across the APAC region.

Rajeeva has extensive experience with risk management, internal audits, compliance framework implementation, internal controls, design and implementation of policies and procedures, business process re-engineering and business transformation. He has assisted a range of companies in more than 20 countries, including Australia, Brazil, China, France, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the U.S., with strengthening their business processes and governance. He has worked closely with members of client leadership teams, including CEOs, heads of risk / compliance, board members and executive teams, to help strengthen their corporate governance and compliance agendas.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Rajeeva served as a Senior Manager with the advisory services practice of a Big Four consulting firm. In that role, Rajeeva led large teams and projects and advised companies across the globe on a wide of range of issues, including policies, risk management, business process reviews, internal auditing, cost reduction, business transformation, US GAAP advisory services and financial statement auditing.

Rajeeva speaks regularly at events concerning risk management, compliance framework and assurance programs.
