Ray works in Fragomen's Santa Clara office. He manages legal teams that provide corporate immigration counsel to multinational Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized organizations, and individual clients in industries including information technology, consulting, petroleum, healthcare, arts and entertainment, aerospace, and engineering. Ray has significant experience with all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, family-based applications, and applications for US citizenship.

Starting in 1996, Ray worked for Fragomen in its Los Angeles, Irvine, and Phoenix offices before transitioning to an in-house counsel role. As part of the in-house immigration and benefits counsel to one of the world's largest employers, he made numerous national and local presentations on a variety of legal issues prior to rejoining Fragomen in 2012.

Ray speaks English and German.
