Renée is an Immigration Attorney at Servicios Migratorios, Chile (Fragomen’s affiliate in Chile), with more than three years of experience in Chilean immigration and human mobility matters. She assists different companies with long- and short-term visa processes for their expats, explains migratory strategy to clients and advises them during the process before the National Migration Service and Chilean Courts in cases with special difficulties or severe delays.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Renée worked at the Legal Clinic of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and gained experience in Chilean migratory law.
She actively participates in pro bono work by associating with Fundación Pro-Bono. She has also provided legal and judicial assistance for socially vulnerable immigrants through Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
Renée speaks English and Spanish.
