Rick is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Toronto office. He assists corporate clients with their Canadian immigration matters, including applications via the NAFTA, intra-company transfers and Labour Market Impact Assessments in addition to immigration process compliance and inadmissibility issues.

Rick supports clients in a wide range of industries, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, finance, information technology and professional services. He has extensive experience liaising with officials at inland processing centers, Canadian ports of entry and consulates as well as high commissions and embassies abroad.

Rick has spoken about Canadian immigration issues through various forums, including the Canadian Employee Relocation Council, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law and Bishop’s University.

Rick has volunteered at Bishop’s University, where he leverages his immigration experience to assist foreign students with immigration issues, including providing guidance on eligibility requirements and the various pathways to Canadian permanent residence.

Rick speaks English and is conversant in French.
