Rosa is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she represents individual and corporate clients in various corporate immigration law matters, including counseling clients on aspects of business immigration, such as Labor Certifications, PERM applications, consular processing, adjustment of status applications, reentry permits and naturalization applications. She also has assisted clients with nonimmigrant visa matters, including petitions for H-1B, TN, L, E-3 and dependent visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Rosa worked as Associate at a boutique firm where she provided counsel on PERM Labor Certification, immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications. She represented industry leaders across high-technology, green energy, biotechnology, computer gaming, software technology/platforms and higher education.
