Rupert is an Australian immigration lawyer based in Fragomen's Melbourne office. Rupert holds the position of Special Counsel. He is an accredited specialist in immigration law, recognized by the Law Institute of Victoria, and practices extensively in all aspects of immigration law. He has experience in company sponsored, independent skilled and family migration, and a wide range of temporary residence visa categories.

Rupert’s experience also includes seven years as an officer within the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC), and over 15 years as a registered migration agent.
