Sanja is an Immigration Programme Director at Fragomen's Brussels office. She is responsible for managing the immigration programme delivery for global clients in EMEA and across the world. Sanja works closely with clients to develop and innovate immigration programmes, streamline processes and improve workflow, and ensure compliance in an everchanging immigration environment.

In 2012 Sanja started her career at Fragomen as a solicitor in Australia. She then spent four years in Hong Kong overseeing several global financial client accounts. From 2020, Sanja has worked in our Paris and Brussels offices where she collaborates with local teams to drive efficiencies across the practices and ensures exceptional client service delivery. During her tenure with Fragomen, Sanja has developed deep global knowledge of the firm’s processes and best practices.

Sanja is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia. Prior to Fragomen, Sanja worked in a boutique immigration law firm in Sydney, Australia.

Sanja speaks English, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian and German.

Solicitor, Supreme Court of New South Wales

Experience

Collaborated with clients and internal teams to successfully transition several large clients to Fragomen. This included preparing client-specific protocols, templates and reports to ensure that the needs of the entire foreign national population were addressed.

Handled several large-scale projects to ensure immigration compliance following the sale of a client’s business.

Oversaw internal protocol and process changes brought on by client requirements and ensured firm processes complemented clients’ evolving business needs.
