Sarah is an Associate in Fragomen’s Chicago office. Sarah’s current practice involves partnering with a broad range of clients, including small, medium and large companies, to assist them with nonimmigrant visa filings, mainly H-1B, L-1A, L-1B and O-1 visas. She also supports clients in the PERM labor certification process.

Sarah’s interest in immigration law began while working at her law school’s Immigration Law Clinic. While working at the clinic, she helped indigent immigrants, including VAWA petitioners and Special Immigrant Juveniles, who were seeking status in the United States. She was also part of a naturalization team at the clinic that aided clients with naturalization applications and preparing for naturalization interviews.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Sarah worked at a small employment-based immigration law firm in Chicago, where she focused on employment-based immigrant petitions and helped clients with their EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. She also prepared several O-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions.
