Scott is Fragomen’s Chief Information Officer and is based in the firm’s Matawan office. As Chief Information Officer, Scott is responsible for working with firm Partners and other leaders at the firm on all technology initiatives and systems. Fragomen’s proprietary IT solutions—including our case management systems, business visa assessment technology and employment verification technologies—are an integral part of the firm’s ability to provide clients with world-class immigration services. Scott leads a large team of IT professionals who are responsible for developing, managing and constantly improving these technologies.

Scott has more than 25 years of experience holding senior information technology positions within diverse industries including legal, high-tech manufacturing, government and financial services. He is deeply experienced in the design, implementation and management of enterprise-wide information technology and risk management platforms tailored to ensure resilience, governance and compliance. He has extensive experience addressing complex data privacy and regulatory compliance issues and responding to cybersecurity incidents in the U.S. and globally.

Scott is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
