Sebastian is a Client Services Manager at Panama Immigration Specialists (Fragomen’s Panamanian affiliate). Sebastian is responsible for team management, including the supervision of Panama case workers and reinforcement of professional practices, and the high-level supervision of cases to ensure that they progress seamlessly. He also develops productive client relationships and manages and directs inquiries internally.

Sebastian initially joined Fragomen in 2009 as an Immigration Coordinator in the firm’s Latin America Regional Coordination Center in Costa Rica. He then joined the Mexico City office as a Senior Manager, upon its opening in 2013.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Sebastian interned with and later served as an external consultant for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He also served as an intern with the Supreme Court of Justice of Costa Rica in San Jose.

Sebastian speaks Spanish and English.
