Stephen joined Fragomen’s Matawan office in 2015, where he practices in the area of corporate immigration law. He assists multinational companies and foreign nationals with nonimmigrant matters including H, L, and TN applications, and applications for U.S. permanent residence including filing PERM labor certification applications and immigrant petitions for outstanding researcher and multinational manager (first preference) candidates. He supports and advises clients in a variety of industries, including information technology, energy, electronics, aviation, healthcare, automation and manufacturing.

During law school, Stephen served as a law clerk for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Custom Enforcement Office of Chief Counsel, where he assisted in representing the United States in immigration proceedings and served as judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth Hey of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
