Tahirah is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she advises clients on employment-based immigration, including U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. She has experience preparing H-1B, L-1, O-1 and EB-1 petitions as well as responding to complex Requests for Evidence.

Tahirah has dedicated a large portion of her practice to giving back to her community. She has created pro bono programs that involve forming partnerships with local nonprofits dedicated to helping asylum seekers and providing legal assistance to low-income communities. While in law school, Tahirah worked with Boston College Law School’s Immigration Clinic to appeal an asylum case to the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
