Tanya is a Business Immigration Manager at Fragomen’s Toronto office and a member of the firm’s U.S. Consular Practice for the Americas region. In addition to providing a full range of support on consular matters, she also counsels clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O and E-3. Her experience working with clients extend to individuals and multinational corporations across a range of industries, including financial services, gaming and entertainment, engineering, food-products, mining, oil and gas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Tanya practiced U.S. business immigration law at a Big Four consulting firm.
Tanya has provided pro bono representation in a variety of matters, including applications to expedite visa interview requests for human rights advocates.
Tanya speaks English and Hindi.
