Tomas is an Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office, where he assists clients with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. He represents small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies across the telecommunications, technology, healthcare, construction, consulting and oil and gas industries seeking H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas. Tomas also works with internationally recognized athletes in sports and esports seeking to obtain P-1 visas.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Tomas worked at a small boutique immigration firm, where he supported start-up companies, first as a Law Clerk and then as an Associate.
