Tu is an Associate in Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she focuses her practice on corporate U.S. immigration law, including nonimmigrant visas, labor certification, permanent residence, citizenship and the strategic development of corporate immigration policy. Tu has worked exclusively in the field of corporate immigration and nationality law since 1999—first as a paralegal while attending law school, and later as an attorney. She has represented clients in an array of global industries, including technology, finance, consumer design, fashion and online gaming. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where she has served on various conference committees and working groups over the years.
