Wayne is a Manager / Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Toronto office. He assists corporate clients, particularly in the information technology sector, with navigating the complex immigration process in Canada. Wayne provides clients with strategic counsel and customized solutions.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Wayne worked as a Team Lead at a boutique immigration law firm. Here, he advised and represented businesses and individuals on a wide range of immigration and border enforcement matters.

Prior to practicing law, Wayne had extensive experience as a teacher and school administrator in his native Jamaica.
