Yanna is a Senior Business Immigration Manager at Fragomen’s Singapore office, where she manages immigration requirements for expatriates, local hires, trainees and business travelers into Singapore. She leads a team of experienced consultants and administrators who perform operational tasks for clients from various industries. Her primary responsibilities involve acting as a liaison for escalations, ensuring service level agreements are met, identifying key areas of improvement and implementing new processes.
Yanna has more than 10 years of combined immigration and relocation experience, including five years as part of an in-house mobility team for a leading technology and consulting company. She joined Fragomen shortly after moving to Singapore late in 2010.
Yanna speaks English and Filipino.
