Yvette is a Client Services Manager in Fragomen’s Sydney office.

Yvette’s focus is on client service and ensuring the immigration programs for her clients run smoothly both locally and internationally. As a Client Services Manager, Yvette serves as a single point-of-contact for clients in the APAC region and related global matters. She works with clients to resolve queries or concerns, and executes projects designed to improve service delivery.

Yvette has more than 15 years of experience working closely with global clients across a range of industries. Prior to joining Fragomen in 2016, Yvette worked for a global business advisory firm where she handled both inbound and outbound programs for global clients, ensuring service standards were met.
