Zuzana is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Frankfurt office, where she helps clients to manage their internationally mobile workforce as efficiently as possible in the increasingly complex global business environment. She focuses on bringing clarity and structure to clients’ global mobility programs by reviewing global mobility policies and processes and optimizing them in line with the company’s culture and strategic business objectives. Zuzana is considered an authority on social security matters across various European countries.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Zuzana was responsible for global mobility policy governance and communication at a global corporation based in Berlin. She also managed the global mobility program for a multinational company based in Brussels. 

In addition, Zuzana has more than eight years of experience providing tax compliance, global mobility and international social security consulting services at a leading consulting firm in Prague. In this capacity, she assisted clients from various industries, including information technology, retail, banking and consulting.

She also has worked at two of the leading think-tanks in Washington, DC.

Zuzana speaks Czech, English, French, German and Slovak.
